وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يجاز دفع الاستملاكات العائدة لمشروع جسري الخناق والملولة في طرابلس والبالغة قيمتها تسعة مليارات ليرة لبنانية والحاصلة بواسطة مجلس الإنماء والإعمار من أصل رصيد القانون رقم 95 تاريخ 18/6/1999.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
