كل شخص من اصل لبناني مقيم خارج لبنان ولم يختر الجنسية اللبنانية يمكنه اذا عاد نهائيا الى لبنان ان يطلب اعتباره لبنانيا فيصدر بذلك مرسوم يتخذ في مجلس الوزراء.
