المادة 173
ان المحتسب مسؤول بامواله الشخصية عن كل عملية قبض او دفع تجري في المحتسبية التي يديرها خلافا لاحكام القانون, فضلا عما قد يتعرض له من عقوبات تأديبية او جزائية.
