المادة 204
يعلق منح سلفات الخزينة المعدة لتغذية احد الصناديق المذكورة في الفقرة 3 من المادة السابقة:
1- على تثبت وزير المالية من امكان الجهة المستلفة اعادة السلفة نقدا في المهلة المحددة لتسديدها.
2- على تعهد الجهة المستلفة بان ترصد في موازنتها اجباريا الاعتمادات اللازمة لتسديد السلفة في المهلة المحددة.
3- على موافقة السلطة التشريعية اذا كانت مهلة تسديدها تجاوز الاثني عشر شهرا.
