المادة 27
1- مع مراعاة احكام المادة 85 من الدستور والمادة 26 من هذا القانون, لا تفتح الاعتمادات الاضافية الا بقانون.
وتغطى هذه الاعتمادات بطريقة النقل من بنود اخرى, او من باب احتياطي الموازنة, او اخذا من مال الاحتياط, او بموارد جديدة.
2- مع مراعاة احكام المادة 26 من هذا القانون, لا تنقل الاعتمادات من بند الى اخر الا بقانون.
3- مع مراعاة المادة 114 من هذا القانون, لا تدور الاعتمادات من موازنة سنة معينة الى موازنة السنة التالية الا بقانون.
