المادة 38
خلافا لاي نص اخر, لا يجوز لدوائر الضرائب في مديرية المالية العامة ان تقرر الغاء التكاليف بالضرائب والرسوم, او تخفيضها, الا بموافقة رئيس مصلحة الواردات , باستثناء ما يتعلق منها بخطأ مادي او بمبلغ لا يتجاوز 50 بالمئة من قيمة التكليف شرط ان لا يتجاوز في مطلق الاحوال /500/ ل ل. لكل تكليف .
