تعطى الحكومة حق اصدار النصوص التنظيمية والتطبيقية العائدة لهذا القانون وتعديل انظمة وملاكات وزارة الاسكان والتعاونيات بمراسيم تتخذ في مجلس الوزراء بناء على اقتراح وزير الاسكان والتعاونيات .
