المادة 1095
ان انقطاع حكم مرور الزمن على المديون الاصلي يجري مفعوله على الكفيل ومرور الزمن الذي تم لمصلحة المديون الاصلي يستفيد منه الكفيل.
Art. 1095 - L’interruption de la prescription à l’égard du débiteur principal produit effet vis-à-vis de la caution.
La prescription accomplie au profit du débiteur principal profite à la caution.
