الاعتراف بموجب طبيعي ولو صريحا, لا يكون من شأنه ان يحوله الى موجب مدني. ومثل هذا التحويل لا يمكن ان ينشأ الا عن تجديد التعاقد.
Art. 6 - La reconnaissance, même expresse, d’une obligation naturelle n’a point pour effet de la transformer en obligation civile; une telle transformation ne peut résulter que d’une novation.
