لا يجوز تأمين الدين الطبيعي بكفالة شخصية او برهن ما دام دينا طبيعيا.
Art. 7 - Une dette naturelle ne peut être garantie, aussi longtemps qu’elle conserve ce caractère, par l’intervention d’une sûreté, personnelle ou réelle.
