المادة 632
اذا لم يعقد اتفاق على تعيين الاجر او بدل العمل, فيعين بحسب العرف . واذا كانت هناك تعريفة او رسم وجب تطبيقهما.
Art. 632 - A défaut de convention, le salaire ou prix du travail sera déterminé d’après l’usage.
S’il existe un tarif ou taxe, il en sera fait application.
