يجوز ان تكون الوكالة مقيدة بشرط وأن يعمل بها ابتداء من اجل معين او الى اجل معين.
Art. 771 - Le mandat peut être donné sous condition, à partir d’un terme déterminé, ou jusqu’à un certain terme.
