المادة 773
تكون الوكالة باطلة:
اولا- اذا كان موضوعها مستحيلا او غير معين تعيينا كافيا
ثانيا- اذا كان موضوعها اجراء اعمال مخالفة للنظام العام او للآداب او للقوانين.
Art. 773 Le mandat est nul:
1 - s’il a un objet impossible ou insuffisamment déterminé;
2 - s’il a pour objet des actes contraires à l’ordre public, aux bonnes mœurs ou aux lois.
