لا تصح الوكالة اذا كان موضوعها اجراء عمل لا يجوز اتمامه بواسطة الغير كحلف اليمين.
Art. 774 - Le mandat est non avenu, s’il a pour objet un acte que nul ne peut accomplir par autrui, tel que celui de prêter serment.
