ان العهود المقطوعة لضمان تنفيذ موجب طبيعي تخضع من حيث الشكل والاساس لاحكام العقود ذات العوض .
Art. 8 - Les engagements pris pour assurer l’exécution d’une obligation naturelle sont assujettis, quant à la forme et quant au fond, aux dispositions applicables aux actes à titre onéreux.
