الشركات نوعان:
اولا- شركات الملك او اشباه الشركات
ثانيا- شركات العقد او الشركات بمعناها الصحيح.
Art. 823 - Il y a deux espèces de sociétés:
1) la communauté ou quasi-société;
2) la société proprement dite ou société contractuelle.
