المادة 824
عندما يكون شيء او حق ما ملكا شائعا ومشتركا بين عدة اشخاص ينشأ عن ذلك كيان قانوني يسمى شركة ملك او شبه شركة وهي تكون اختيارية او اضطرارية.
Art. 824 - Lorsqu’une chose ou un droit se trouve appartenir à plusieurs personnes conjointement et par indivis, il se constitue un état de droit appelé communauté ou quasi-société et qui peut être volontaire ou forcé.
