ان الشريك الذي يرتبط بموجبات خارجة عن دائرة سلطته او عن الغاية التي من اجلها أنشئت الشركة, يكون ملزما وحده بتلك الموجبات.
Art. 903 - L’associé est seul tenu des obligations qu’il contracte au delà de ses pouvoirs ou du but pour lequel la société est constituée.
