المادة 322
اذا قدم المدعي الشخصي طلب التمييز وحده فيؤدي ذلك الى نشر الدعوى المدنية وحدها امام المحكمة.
لا يجوز لمحكمة التمييز ان تخفض التعويضات المقضى بها.
