المادة 359
ينعقد المجلس العدلي في قصر العدل في بيروت أو في مكان وقوع الجريمة عند الاقتضاء أو في اي مكان آخر يحدده رئيسه اذا تعذر انعقاده في قصر العدل في بيروت.
