المادة 97
يمكن, عند الاقتضاء, فصل رجال قوى الامن الداخلي من قطعة الى اخرى وذلك بصورة مؤقتة ووفقا لقواعد وشروط تحدد بتعليمات تصدر عن مجلس القيادة.
