أقر مجلس النواب،

وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

أعطيت الموافقة على إبرام اتفاقية وكالة (استصناع) بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية ممثلة بمجلس الإنماء والاعمار والبنك الاسلامي للتنمية، بشأن مشروع إعمار طريق بير الهيث - قرطبا (المرحلة الثالثة) الموقعة بتاريخ 26/10/2016 والمرفقة ربطاً.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
