أقر مجلس النواب،

وينشر مجلس الوزراء استناداً للـمادة 62 من الدستور القانون التالي نصه:

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 19/12/2023.

المادة 1

الـموافقة على إبرام اتفاق بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية والاتحاد الدولي لجمعيات الصليب الأحمر والهلال الأحمر بـشـأن الـوضـع القانـونـي للاتحاد الدولي في لبنان، الـموقّع في بيروت بتاريخ 29/4/2022 والـمُرفق ربطاً.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
