وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

اجيز للحكومة ابرام الاتفاق حول التعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري والتقني بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة جمهورية كوبا الموقع في بيروت بتاريخ 11/03/1998 والمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2

مادة 2:

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
