­ أجيز للحكومة ابرام الاتفاق المالي بين حكومتي الجمهورية اللبنانية والجمهورية الايطالية الموقع في بيروت بتاريخ الاول من آب 1997 .

­ يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
