وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

اجيز للحكومة الانضمام الى اتفاقية, تبادل الاعفاء من الضرائب والرسوم على نشاطات ومعدات مؤسسات النقل الجوي العربية, المعقودة في تونس بتاريخ 1979/9/5 والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
