اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية قرض بقيمة /31/ مليون دولار اميركي بين الجمهورية اللبنانية والبنك الدولي للانشاء والتعمير لتمويل مشروع تنمية البنية الاساسية الزراعية, المرفقة ربطا والموقعة بتاريخ 5/12/1996
