مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية حماية وتنشيط الاستثمارات المتبادلة الموقعة بين الحكومتين اللبنانية والرومانية في بوخارست بتاريخ 19/10/1994 والمرفقة ربطا.

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
