وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

أجيز للحكومة اللبنانية إبرام اتفاقية تفادي الإزدواج الضريبي ومنع التهرب من دفع الضرائب المفروضة على الدخل بين الجمهورية اللبنانية والمملكة المغربية, الموقعة في بيروت بتاريخ 20/10/2001, والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
