مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة إبرام اتفاقية تعاون في مجال النقل البحري بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة المملكة المغربية الموقعة في الرباط بتاريخ 24/12/2..1, والمرفقة ربطا.
