مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام الاتفاق في حقل التعاون البوليسي الموقع بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة الجمهورية البلغارية في بيروت بتاريخ 20 اذار 2001 والمرفق ربطا.
