وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة الانضمام الى الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية الفنانين والمؤدين والمنفذين ومنتجي التسجيلات الصوتية والمؤسسات الاذاعية, الموقعة في روما بتاريخ 26 تشرين الاول 1991 والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
