مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية حول تنشيط وحماية الاستثمارات المتبادلة بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة جمهورية مصر العربية, الموقعة في القاهرة بتاريخ 16/03/1996 والمرفقة ربطا.
