مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام الاتفاق الخاص بالثقافة والتعليم العالي بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة جمهورية مصر العربية, الموقع في بيروت بتاريخ 14/07/1995 والمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2
