مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاق التعاون العلمي والتقني الموقع في بيروت بتاريخ 21/06/2000 بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة الولايات المتحدة المكسيكية, والمرفق ربطا.
