المادة 1

مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة اللبنانية ابرام اتفاقية حول تشجيع وحماية الاستثمارات المتبادلة بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة روسيا الاتحادية, الموقعة في موسكو بتاريخ 07/04/1997, والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
