مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية قرض بقيمة خمسة عشر مليون دينار كويتي الموقعة بتاريخ 12/3/1996 بين الجمهورية اللبنانية والصندوق العربي للانماء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للمساهمة في تمويل مشروع المدارس المهنية والتقنية والمرفقة ربطا
