اقر مجلس النواب،

وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

أجيز للحكومة إبرام اتفاقية قرض بقيمة عشرة ملايين دولار أميركي بين الجمهورية اللبنانية وصندوق الأوبك للتنمية الدولية (OFID) للمساهمة في تمويل مشروع الطريق الساحلي الشمالي, الموقعة في فيينا بتاريخ 26/2/2002 والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
