وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

أجيز للحكومة إبرام اتفاقية بين الجمهورية اللبنانية وجمهورية قبرص لتفادي الازدواج الضريبي والحؤول دون التهرب من دفع الضرائب المفروضة على الدخل ورأس المال, الموقعة في بيروت بتاريخ 18/2/2003 والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فرو نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
