مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية حماية وتنشيط الاستثمارات المتبادلة الموقعة بين الحكومتين اللبنانية والكوبية في بيروت في 14/12/1995, والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
