اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاق للتعاون الثقافي بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة جمهورية ارمينيا الموقع في بيروت بتاريخ 17 تشرين الثاني 1997 والمرفق ربطا.
