مادة 1: اجيز ابرام الاتفاقات المتعلقة بالخدمات الجوية المعقودة بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وكل من حكومة البحرين وحكومة سلطة عمان وحكومة دولة قطر وحكومة دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة والموقعة في بيروت بتاريخ 23/6/1972.
