وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

أجيز للحكومة ابرام بروتوكول اتفاق بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة الجمهورية الفرنسية من أجل إقامة الية تحمل اسم "الصندوق الاجتماعي للتنمية" (FSD), الموقع في بيروت بتاريخ 6/3/2002 والمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
