مادة 1: يمنع استيراد او بيع اي مستحضر خاص او نظامي لا يحمل رقم التشغيلة وتاريخ الصنع وانتهاء الفعالية بشكل واضح وصريح.

مادة 2: تلغى علامة الشيفرة(code) المعتمدة حتى الان.
