وبناء على القرار رقم 8041 تاريخ

31/01/2002 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات

الصرافة لعام 2002,

وبناء على القرار رقم 4638 تاريخ

25/11/1991 القاضي بادراج اسم "شركة امين

ابراهيم بشير للصيرفة وشركاه" على لائحة

مؤسسات الصرافة تحت رقم 301,

وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا

رقم 4/8/02 تاريخ 26/09/2002,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة أمين ابراهيم بشير للصيرفة وشركاه" المسجلة في تلك اللائحة تحت رقم 301

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
