ان وزير الزراعة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6812 تاريخ 25/05/1995 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/06/1994 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة),

بناء على مطالعة مدير الثروة الحيوانية رقم 1069/6 تاريخ 09/12/1995

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الزراعة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يسمح باستيراد الاعلاف الخشنة من التبن والبرسيم المجفف والحشائش اليابسة شرط التأكد من سلامتها مخبريا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تلغى جميع النصوص التي تتعارض واحكام هذا القرار.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم ويعمل به فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
