مادة 1: يلغى القراران رقم 556/1 تاريخ 16/10/1973 ورقم 558/1 تاريخ 19/10/1973 المتعلقين باخضاع تصدير واعادة تصدير بعض السلع لنظام الاجازة المسبقة.

المادة 2
