مادة 1: تعدل المادة الرابعة من القرار رقم 87/1 تاريخ 1 اذار 1972 فتصبح كما يلي: - تحدد مهلة اجراء التخفيضات الاستثنائية بشهر واحد في السنة يستفاد منها بنصفين متساويين: - النصف الاول بين 15 كانون الاول ونهاية شهر شباط - الصنف الثاني بين 15 حزيران ونهاية شهر اب من كل سنة.
