المادة 1

مادة 1: تعلق جميع قرارات تحديد مواقيت العمل والفتح والاقفال في الاعمال والمهن الواحدة والمتشابهة الصادرة عن الوزارة, اعتبارا من تاريخ 17/12/1973 وحتى تاريخ 10/1/1974 ضمنا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تبقى جميع قرارات الفتح والاقفال الصادرة عن هذه الوزارة سارية المفعول في الايام التالية: اول يوم من عيد الميلاد, اول يوم من عيد رأس السنة الميلادية, اول يوم من عيد الاضحى.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يكلف تفتيش العمل ملاحقة المخالفين لهذه الاحكام.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
