مادة 1: تعلق جميع قرارات تحديد مواقيت العمل والفتح والاقفال في الاعمال والمهن الواحدة والمتشابهة الصادرة عن الوزارة اعتبارا من تاريخ 8/12/1974 وحتى تاريخ 5/1/1975 صمنا

المادة 2

مادة 2: تبقى جميع قرارات الفتح والاقفال لاصادرة عن هذه الوزارة سارية المفعول في الايام التالية: اول يوم من عيد الميلاد. اول يوم من عيد رأس السنة الميلادية. اول يوم من عيد الاضحى.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يكلف تفتيش العمل ملاحقة المخالفين لهذه الاحكام.

مادة 4:

ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
